How to activate Microsoft 365 subscription online

  3. Click Install Apps.
  4. Download the installation package.
  5. Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.

The installation may take a few minutes depending on your internet speed.

Step 4: Sign In to Activate Office Apps

Once installation is complete:

  1. Open any Office application, such as Word or Excel.
  2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account used during activation.
  3. The software will automatically verify your subscription online.
  4. A confirmation message will appear once activation is successful.
